Isles and Islands

Oyn

Oyn is a relatively big island in the Arvandellian Sea and it is South-West from Arvandell itself. The comically heart shaped island get its own name from love and heart, which is the literal translation of “oyn”, and its main village is called the same as well. The isle is simply a tourist place for visiting. The town and isle itself is designed for lovers and couples, the town is spread out all around the isle, giving enough space for everyone to enjoy some time away from others, let them be alone or together with their partners or even more!

The night is one of the main visual attractions of the isle, the night sky is beautifully colorful due to the influx and direction of the Yri coming from the Forest of Mystery, where the magical essences spread out to the western direction from the forest, visually looking like some kind of vivid and colorful northern lights across the sky which gradually fades out and fades in time to time.

The isle is big enough that a lot of people can visit it together, while also leaving enough space between everyone to enjoy their own companies, so nobody will bother others. On the other hand, the city is also made for people who feel lonely or seek for company, let it be short term or long term. There are various activities people can join and do themselves to have a chance to meet others or play together.

While some individual may only look to satisfy their own lustful desires, there are also people who end up befriending each other and become good friends. Oyn is a great place for bonding and to enjoy a good time together with anyone. It is neither a rare occurrence where individuals simply visit the place to cool off and have some “me time” alone, no not in a naughty way, but to genuinely have a rest and a little ‘vacation’.

Since there is no real natural habitat for animals on this particular isle, people don’t take space away from them. Apart from certain bird types, and of course people, nothing really visits this beautiful place.

Oyn is sometimes referred to as “the Isle of Love” or “Love Isle”.
